How payment, refunds, and cancellation actually work.
How do credits work?
AI music generation costs 3 credits per generation (one generation = 2 unique versions of your song). Audio → MIDI costs 1 credit. Diss Track lyrics cost 1 credit; full audio render costs 3. Slowed & Reverb is free for everyone — no credits charged, no sign-up. Every new sign-up gets 10 credits on us.
What's the difference between Monthly and Yearly?
Yearly plans charge once and give you the equivalent of 12 months of credits up front — at a 20% discount. Creator Yearly = $96 for 1,200 credits (vs $120 if paid monthly). Producer Yearly = $192 for 3,000 credits (vs $240). You can cancel anytime, no lock-in.
What happens to unused credits at month-end?
Monthly: credits expire at the end of each billing cycle — they don't roll over. Yearly: credits expire at the end of the 12-month period. Credit Pack credits never expire — they stay in your balance until you spend them.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. One click in your settings, no retention loops, no email confirmations required to actually stop billing. Your account drops back to Free at the end of the current billing period.
What's the refund policy?
Failed generations are automatically refunded as credits — no support ticket required. For full subscription refunds: contact support@aiflowmusic.com within 7 days of purchase if you haven't used the credits. From our side refunds process in 1–3 business days; settlement to your card depends on the payment processor.
Can I download my songs on the Free plan?
No — Free is create-and-stream. You can generate songs, play them, and keep them in your library forever, but saving the MP3 needs a payment: any plan, or the one-time $6.90 credit pack. The moment you pay, downloads unlock for every song you have ever made here — the back catalogue included — and stay unlocked.
Can I use the songs commercially?
Yes on Creator and Producer plans — generations include a perpetual commercial-use license. Publish on Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, sell beats, score commercial videos. The credit pack unlocks downloads but not the commercial licence; Free is stream-only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit and debit cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, UnionPay). Payments are processed in USD; international cards are accepted with bank-side conversion.
