Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AIFlowMusic ("we", "our", "the service"). By accessing the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

AIFlowMusic is an AI music platform offering a song generator and creator tools (Audio to MIDI, Slowed & Reverb, Diss Track generator). The platform is operated by an independent team — see /about for details.

2. Accounts

You may use the free tier without an account. Some features require sign-up via Google, GitHub, or email. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account.

3. Generated content

You own the songs and outputs you generate, subject to the following:

• Free tier: outputs are for personal use only. No commercial use, no resale, no redistribution as your own work for profit.
• Creator / Producer plans: outputs include a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial-use license. You may publish to streaming services, sell beats, score commercial videos, and otherwise monetize.

We do not claim ownership of your generations. We do not require attribution.

4. AI models

AIFlowMusic uses third-party AI models (currently Suno via kie.ai, and the open-source basic-pitch model from Spotify Research). The output is non-deterministic and may contain errors, repetitions, or undesired artifacts. We do not warrant any specific quality level.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Generate content that infringes copyrights you do not own
• Generate identity-based hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups
• Generate sexual content involving minors
• Generate content that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape outputs in bulk, or resell generation capacity

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice depending on severity.

6. Payment and credits

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. Credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Failed generations refund credits automatically. See our Refund Policy for cash refund details.

7. Cancellation

Subscriptions cancel in one click from your account settings. No retention loops, no required email confirmations. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then drops to Free.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee any specific uptime. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you have not paid us anything.

10. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
