Refund Policy

How refunds work at AIFlowMusic — automatic credits for failed jobs, and cash refunds within 7 days.

We want you to be happy with AIFlowMusic. Here is how refunds work in practice.

Automatic credit refunds (failed generations)

If a music generation fails on our side (audio file corrupted, AI model errors, generation times out), your credit is automatically refunded to your account within a few seconds. No support ticket required. No email back-and-forth.

This applies to:

  • Music Generator (Suno) — failed renders
  • Audio to MIDI — failed conversions
  • Diss Track — failed lyric or audio renders

Subscription cash refunds

If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have used fewer than 10 credits, you can request a full cash refund.

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@aiflowmusic.com from the same email tied to your account.
  2. Subject line: "Refund request — [your billing email]"
  3. We process refund requests within 1–3 business days on our side.
  4. Once approved, settlement to your card depends on your payment processor — typically 5–10 business days for credit cards, 3–5 business days for debit cards, sometimes longer for international transactions.

What's not refundable

  • Subscriptions held longer than 7 days from initial purchase
  • Subscriptions where more than 10 credits have been used in the current period
  • Pay-as-you-go credit packs that have been partially consumed (the unused portion is, however, refundable — pro-rata)
  • Disputes raised through a chargeback before contacting us (we always prefer to resolve directly)

Renewal refunds

If you forgot to cancel and got auto-renewed, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund — provided you have not used the renewed credits.

Cancellation vs refund

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

To get both — refund AND stop billing — request a refund (which includes cancellation) instead of just cancelling.
