We want you to be happy with AIFlowMusic. Here is how refunds work in practice.
If a music generation fails on our side (audio file corrupted, AI model errors, generation times out), your credit is automatically refunded to your account within a few seconds. No support ticket required. No email back-and-forth.
This applies to:
If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have used fewer than 10 credits, you can request a full cash refund.
To request a refund:
If you forgot to cancel and got auto-renewed, email us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we'll refund — provided you have not used the renewed credits.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not refund the current period. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
To get both — refund AND stop billing — request a refund (which includes cancellation) instead of just cancelling.
