Consecutive frames landing on the same note are merged into one event, and anything shorter than 60 ms is dropped as detection jitter rather than printed as a note.

No — it's monophonic. Autocorrelation looks for one repeating cycle, so when several notes sound at once the strongest one wins and the rest are invisible. Feed it one instrument or voice at a time. For polyphonic material, Audio to MIDI is the better tool.
Cents measure how far the detected pitch sits from the nearest equal-tempered note, where 100 cents is one semitone. A reading of +18 means slightly sharp, -25 means noticeably flat. Anything within about ±10 sounds in tune to most ears; larger values suggest bends, vibrato, or an instrument that needs tuning.

Missing notes are usually below the confidence threshold — too quiet, too breathy, or masked. Repeated ones happen when a held note wavers enough to cross a semitone boundary and come back. Legato passages where notes blur together are the hardest case for any frame-based tracker.
